My echo test results is myxomatous mitral valve with mild mr  ,LV IDd :5.7 cms, LV IDs : 3.8 cms , IVSd: 0.8 cms , LVPWd: 0.8 cm , EF : 60 percent, the doctor said my left ventricle is little bit increase and said not too dangerous , prescribed one medication for one month and said meet me again , I don't have any symptoms, I forgotten to ask him the precautions so please tell me the precautions to take in my daily life like food , exercise etc and it is curableor not ?

It’s very common disorder in general population. Every 2 in 100 people may have this. Usually it remains same. Do an echo once in 3 years. Maintain good dental / oral hygiene . Need not worry
