Heart Problems & Remedies

Hello All, Yesterday I was having palpitations and I consulted doctor. My BP was 160/100 and HR 107. I was taking care of my mother since July 2025 and eventually I lost her on 1st November 2025. ECG came normal, Chest X ray normal, A troponin test normal. Lipid Profile, Glycosylated Hemoglobin reports attached. Other Blood reports are normal. I am already having Anxiety, Stress and depression and panic attacks since 2018. Since yesterday I am having severe panic attack which apparently won't go away. I keep on getting this intense fear feeling which even I myself have no idea of. I cant concentrate properly. Also there is unexplained sadness all the time.I am so panicked and fearful even though I have people to support me. And yes I was very much attached to my mother. Current treatment 1) Telcure B 1 at nighttime 2) CTD 6.25 1 in morning 3) Rozat EZ 1 at nighttime Thank you in advance. Your opinions are welcomed.

Doctor currently i am on antidepressants from psychiatrist due to negative thoughts, unnecessary overthinking, depression and my Blood pressure reading is 137/86, 133/95 and 138/95.  I dont know whether I have high BP or not. When I check my BP in home it is 140/90 Does antidepressants medicines have any effect on BP readings?

In regular test always my c reactive protein shows high. It has come to 28. What should I do .. I feel fine and regular ecgs were fine in past

Since past one month after a bout of viral fever my BP has been on an average 92/135 n hence I ve been prescribed BP medication to be taken daily...I m in a dilemma should I start or not as I m afraid of side effects of lifelong medication n maybe onset of further diseases...what should I do...I ve been monitoring constantly twice a day n do walks for around 35 mins daily

Plz suggest me all the tests of hearts done with ecg echo cardiac and Chest xray all are normal and other all test so I can check my heart is everything normal or not?

Hi I have one starting one month I take sustain propanol release tablet 20 mg after month I started taking half of it for four months but I got know that we should not take half of it so I take normal proponal immediate release tablet 10 mg twice a day or once a day.twice a day 10 mg propanol immediate release tablet is safe to use or not

Hello sir, I am 18 years old, from Odisha. I had a head injury 10 years ago and had a brain CT scan done at that time. Two days ago, I had another CT scan done due to head pain, and the report is normal. I have had two brain CT scans in my life, one at the age of 8 and another at 18. I am worried that the radiation from the CT scans might cause cancer in the future. Please sir, reply and help me, I have been very anxious for the past 2 days.

I want to consult regarding the medicines provided by the doctor and to get advice about which medicine should be taken.

'My age is 37yrs...i have pcod problem...in September my bp had suddenly increased 170/160....but after few days as bp was in normal range...so dr had stopped medicine...again from last wk my neck was paining..so checked bp it was 160/90.... doctor has given tablet Cytel 40mg-1 tab morning.... will i have to take bp medicine forever??? M worried
