I have undergone open heart surgery on 2009 was on medication nebicard 2.5 mg but by mistakly I have taken 12 nebicard in 12 days which was expired I came to know today that medication got expired on June 2025 . Kindly suggest

Hello doctor, For the past few days my resting heart rate is 55-65 bpm. Yesterday in the clinic it was 55 bpm The doctor said it was normal no need to worry. I used to search a lot about health in google so I'm worried about it. Also my weight is 92kgs what could be the reason if it is not due to heart. Doctor didn't say for ecg or anything in few days it will be alright he said.

I occasionally wake up with extreme chest tightness and pressure middle of the chest. Movement becomes difficult and painful. Pain doesn't spread anywhere else and goes off in few hours. Usually it is observed only when sleeping under AC. My past/family history - I do have acidity and cold-cough issue on and off. My dad had heart attack. Please advise why is it happening and what should I do to solve this.

ECG taken due to dizziness and Palpitations. Currently taking Metolar XR 25. Any significant changes in ECG.

For the past few weeks I've been having pain in the centre and the bottom-left side of my chest, as well as all across my back and some parts of my neck. It's very noticeable at night, and I have it pretty much all the time now when I didn't a few months ago. I don't have the best lifestyle (vaping + minimal exercise) but I want to know if this is indicative of something serious, as it causes me a lot of anxiety. Also, my family does have a history of heart and lung issues. Is it worth having it checked out?

My mother 70 has following findings Total Cholestrol 256, LDL 172, Triglyceride 156, VLDL 31, HDL 53 . She is on Amlovas 5mg tablet. Doctor has advised to take statins. She is wary of statins due to side effects. She is going for 45 min walk. Shall we start statins ? Any advice appreciated.
