Lipid is bad triglyceride 475

Hi doctors,  I got my Annual blood  test done along with  Cardiac markers. Majority factors came fine  like LFT, KFT, CBC, sugar hb1ac, etc. But cardiac related  tests were in bad shape .  TRIGLYCERIDES = 475 , very hig. LDL = 133 high. HDL =35 below borderline of 40  Cardiac markers : CRP = 7.6, shud  below 10.  HS CRP =7.30, high shud be less than 3 ( also hv throat infection these days so can be high due to that )  Homocystain = 19 shud be less than 14  and LP a = less than 3 , This was ok shud be less than 30. few of these look quite alarming to me. Please suggest what best measures can be take to control them fully.  I have health anxiety issues too and i fear of having a heart attack.  unfortunately my desk job won't allow me much walking on daily basis. Please suggest what additional test can be done if required and how to control HS CRP 7.30 and triglyceride 475 to normal levels naturally or avoiding food or if any medicine are required.

Surgery confusion

My wife is having an umbilical hernia. The general surgeon suggested an open surgery to remove this hernia. As a procedure she underwent ECG and ECHO test before the surgery for hernia. But ECHO results show my wife is having a LARGE OSTIUM SECUNDUM ASD (28mm) in her heart. So the cardiologist suggested doing the heart surgery first but the general surgeon suggested doing the hernia surgery first. Now we are confused. Kindly advise. Thanks.

I am having chest tightness and mild burning and pain sensation on left chest. Went through ecg 2d ècho both are normal. I had ACL reconstruction surgery 6 mnths back and since then very limited movement. Hence my LDL is now 126. Went to cardiologist, since i cant go for TMT suggested me to go through CT angio. I got it done. Report came as Calcium score is zero and no CAD. But it is also mentioned that "Proximal LAD: Soft plaque causing minimal stenosis (5%-10%)." Do we need medications for it? I am 33 yrs male. Pls advice.
