Due to increased chorestol many patches are present near the both eyes and these patches are increasing linearly with time as via local doctor they said it could be more dangerous if not treated soonly What should I do for it ??

I am a 49 year old male went through coronary angiography last year ( december 2024) after getting my tmt reoprt positive. Cag reports was : all normal coronary arteries without any blockage but 'slow dye clearance' microvascular angina. My calcicum score was 0 in CT cag report done on 2023. Now my hdl: 64, ldl: 52, Tg:46, total cholesterol: 122, Haemoglobin: 12.5, hs-crp: 0.48, troponin I : 1.7 pg/l( ref range shoud be below 6 for men), cpk mb: 19u/l( ref range should be below 25), cpk: 165( ref should be kess than 190). Echo was normal (EF: 65%) & Ecg is normal sinus rhythm. Every day i do a brisk walk for 30 mins. Non smoker, non alcoholic. Bp 112/70, pulse rate ( 52 to  110bpm)non diabetic. Problem facing : chest heaviness, pain some time especially at rest state. Dizziness some time. My Question:   Where lies the problem? Is it anything serious about the heart problem?

I feel left and right arm pain, muscle pain, some sensation like cold. Its been from 1 months now. CT angiography is normal, zero calcium score. Whom should I consult and what can be possible reason.

Prior to this Angiography, which medicines are to be stopped before 2 or 3 days from my list provided.

Hi i went to the hospital fir palpitations and ecg showed possible lateral infarct age undetermined,i am scared is there any thing to worry my cardiac markers are normal after that,please advise

Hi as i am taking half tablet of betnaaz tr20 for 6 months but recently someone told these medicines which are sustained release tablet should not be done please tell me can we take half tablet of this or not as i have taken for 6 months kuch side effects toh nahi honga kya

Dear Sir, I had pain in chest. Had gone through ecg, echo and TMT ECG and echo was normal but TMT came positive. Chokestrol and trygricelaride was high. As per advise gone through CT angiography in which 10 ℅ blockages detected in LAD. Medication was started, avifol, rozucor asp, embera xr 25 . After one month again done lipid profile in which cholestrol and trigricelaride came within normal range. Medication is continued. But still I am having heart pain. What could be the reason. Please suggest.

If someone wants to reduce their ciplar la 20 to mg salt they should take half of ciplar la 20 or normal ciplar 10 mg tablet and half of ciplar la 20 is equal to ciplar 10 mg tablet

Hi, i m being diagnosed by calcium score of 187, LAD 137 and rest in RAC - 50, in last year 2024 October. I am on CT Telma 40 mg/6.25 and statins 20 mg. Recent reports of my 2D-eco are 64 and 36 and cholesterol levels reduced to 112 overall, LDL 48 and HDL 41. I am regularly consulting my Doctor, but i am still seeing tingling or minimal pain in my left arm and Air/Oxygen hunger for few minutes on daily basis, due to which I am depressed and the anxiety of heart attack is killing me a lot and I am unable to focus on my work. Please assist am i missing any other checks and medicine.

Hi, my bp suddenly spiked to 160/110 and felling anxiety and nervousness, burning sensation,. So did ecg .please check ecg and let me know. Recently I have started cintodac and amnurite 5 mg and pegfiber power for gut issue so is that can cause such issue?
