Sir pain at right side chest around heart and i feels palpitation some times from last 4 months I took ECG, 2 d echo TMT and CT angiogram all came normal. When the pain came I feel very anxious and freak my whole body. Pls suggest me get out from this situation. To which doctor i need to consult cardiology or gastrointestinal or orthopedist

Can I take sildenafil 100 with telma 20 Earlier I was taking metpure 25. But due to low HR docter switched me to telma. I was taking 100 mg sildenafil while I was on metpure 25 .

During my regular health check up I got my ECG done. My ECG report suggests biatrial enlargement. Should I be worried .
