Need Cardiac related suggestion.
Needed suggestion on my blood report mostly on Lipid Profile and Uric Acid. My Uric acid is 8 and Cretinine .81 also, little elevated HSCRP 2.27. I also had little cut near my ankle due to wearing new shoe. It is on the night before I took the blood test ( 12 hours gap max). Please suggest if the HSCRP is elevated because of that ? Because earlier it was around 1.3 Also sometimes I feel little heavyness when lying down but it feels good while standing and pin pain in chest but all of these happens rarely (monthly twice/thrice).

Your lipid panel shows a mixed pattern that is quite common, especially in individuals with a sedentary routine or certain metabolic profiles. • Triglycerides (188 mg/dL) & VLDL (37.6 mg/dL): Both are High. Elevated triglycerides and VLDL (Very Low-Density Lipoprotein) often reflect dietary factors, carbohydrate intake, or metabolic efficiency. • HDL Cholesterol (30 mg/dL): This is Low. HDL is often referred to as "good" cholesterol because it helps clear other forms of cholesterol from your bloodstream. A lower level can be a marker for increased cardiovascular risk. • LDL Cholesterol (78 mg/dL) & Total Cholesterol (146 mg/dL): These are in the Optimal/Desirable range, which is positive. • Apolipoprotein A1 (1.04 g/L) & B (0.82 g/L): These are the protein structural components of your cholesterol particles. Your Apo B is normal, but your Apo A1 is at the lowest end of the normal range, echoing your low HDL. • Lp(a) (23.5 mg/dL): This is Normal (under 30 mg/dL), which is excellent as elevated Lp(a) is an independent genetic risk factor for heart disease. • Rheumatoid Factor (

Because you are currently taking Concor 5mg (Bisoprolol, a beta-blocker typically prescribed for conditions like hypertension, high heart rate, or certain heart conditions), any new or unusual chest symptoms must be evaluated by a healthcare professional immediately I recommend an Electrocardiogram (ECG), an Echocardiogram, or a TMT (Treadmill Test) to evaluate these symptoms.
