Myocardial bridge
Hi Doctor, I was diagnosed with a small myocardial bridge in the mid LAD. I initially tried a beta-blocker, but it didn’t relieve my symptoms, so I’ve now been switched to a calcium channel blocker.
I wanted to ask about the long-term outlook. Are medications effective in controlling symptoms for most people with myocardial bridging? I’ve read mixed information online, with some sources suggesting less favorable outcomes, so I’d appreciate your opinion.

As you tried beta blockers,how much was ur heart rate?
Medical management is most of the time sufficient to control the symptoms.
Other options are surgical which I don't suggest to do at ur age, until and unless mandatory due to severe symptoms.
