HELP NEEDED URGENT ADVISE
Doctor, I’ve been experiencing the following symptoms: 1. My heart beats rapidly and also throat carotid pulse beating rapidly.  2. I get goosebumps on my left arm.  3. I feel tingling and twitching in the veins/nerves of my left arm, neck, shoulder, back, and sometimes my cheek and eyebrow. 4. When I wake up after lying down, it feels like something is moving from the veins in my shoulder toward my chest, like a worm running through the veins.  Whar is this? Can you please tell and give some advise?,

Care AI Shimmer
Rapid heartbeat with visible carotid pulsation, left arm tingling/twitching, and goosebumps needs urgent cardiac evaluation. This could be anxiety-related tachycardia or cervical nerve irritation, but cardiac arrhythmia must be ruled out first given the left arm involvement.
Next Steps
Get an ECG immediately. Consult a cardiologist. If you experience chest pain or breathlessness, go to the nearest emergency department. Consult me on Practo for further guidance.
