Pulse 40...Av block but no syncope.does normal activities ..some doctor said pacing another medication...does she need urgent dual chamber pacing or take medication(alupent ) ??..

Send ECG, there is no role of any medicine, if there is high grade av block on ecg with pulse rate of 40, then pacemaker for sure
