I have seen ur reports and discharge summary
Having a heart attack at this age needs to be taken seriously.
One of the reports is lipid profile(cholesterol blood levels ) suggest of very high levels need change ur oils to cold pressed from refined, strict no to fired items. And medications to reduce ur cholesterol.
I would like to suggest one genetic workup for ur dyslipidemia(abnormal cholesterol )

In your echo report the heart function is reduced but in coronary angiography there is non obstructive coronary artery disease.
You have take few medicines life long and regular cardiology consultation to monitor your disease and life risk .
You can live your life as like normal people
