When i masturbate my heart beat become fast i feel dizziness. Is this normal?. Can masturbation cause heart attack. I'm Just 22 year old male

MASTURBATION may or may not cause ORGASM , which cause a brief period of increase in HEART RATE /BLOOD PRESSURE..so momentarily you may feel fast heart beat and slight dizziness... It will not induce an heart attack in a normal individual. Some people who worry that masturbation conflicts with their religious, spiritual, or cultural beliefs may experience feelings of guilt. However, masturbation is not immoral or wrong, and self-pleasure is not shameful.
