Heart rate is 101 bpm
My mother having a heart rate of 100 bpm. How can this be lowered to a normal level. Suggest necessary steps action or medication if required.

Hello....... I can understand your concern but we can't suggest treatment plan without examination in online, she should be examined moreover 60 to 100 is normal heart rate and you cannot increase or decrease heart rate on your own, take her to cardiologist ......
