My resting heart rate is 90+
I am a software engineer and I am in good health, considering my BMI, which is normal. My blood pressure also is normal. However, my resting heart rate is always more than 90. I have recently started working out to be physically fit. I don't feel any discomfort it anything but it does bother me having resting heart rate of 90+ Should i be worried? What might be the reasons? And, if possible, how can I get it under normal range?

It is within normal range .. don't worry. Continue your healthy lifestyle. You are possibly over thinking and anxious about your heart rate ...that itself may cause an increase in heart rate.
