HRV 21.3 resting heart rate 90 wkly avg
My Apple Watch shows HRV 21.3 , resting heart rate 90 and recovery 16 . Am a female with 5.1 ft height and 76 weight. I am started strength training since a week and lost 2.5 kh in a month . Kindly suggest . As I dont have any symptom or thyroid or sugar or bp. Bp is 110/70

More you watch heart rate, more it become variable. Get an ECG. and discuss.
