Low and fast heart rate
99% time my heart rate between 90 /100 in resting time but in some time like now my pulse rate 56 per minute. I am a anxiety disorder person I always fear about it . Some how is it the heart problem? I checked my ECG there results is Rbbb . Is there any problem in my heart doctors

Heart rate variability can be normal finding. Your ecg needs to be seen to advise further
