I saw here that ecg is not normal but I am worried that is there any major issue with this ecg report?
Hello has cholesterol around 225 and LDL cholesterol is 155 and ratio is 4.5 and triglycerides is 134.
Weight is 62. No any bad habits like smoke or alcohol and pure veg.
Doctor gave cardirose ez 10 to take then is it fine with this report?

U have changes in heart function due to cholesterol. It appears to be that there is a risk of heart stroke in future due to cholesterol. So u were prescribed the cardirose ez.

Yes your ECG shows early reploraisation syndrome, one thing I would like to ask is whether any of ur family member has history of SCD in younger ages below 50 years, if so u need to consult any cardiologist for appropriate management .
Coming cholesterol yes it is high, but the first treatment if life style and food habits change, if not controlled then u can take medications for it
