Please tell me it is proctotis only ? Why has gastro surgeon taken the biopsy from rectum? And is this the reason that I noticed bleeding after passing motion done right after colonoscopy?

My father has undergone a mandibulectomy surgery where the fibula bone was used as a donor. The skin graft at the donor site is now (after 5 weeks) is said to be at partial loss, am worried how the area will heal now. Kindly provide opinion on the healing process now and whether any extra treatment is needed.

I have  peri anal abscess since January 2026 Later on Feb detected Fistula track through MRI of 1.5 cm at 1 o clock position Now sometimes during long sit or physical activity I get very very mild discomfort at the inguinal area... I have a painful infected ingrown toenail on my right big toe. It started as a fungal infection but has progressed to pus and bleeding with severe pain.
