General Surgery

Suffering from piles. A feeling of anus area filled remain all time. I have taken sitz bath applied ano metrogyl cream but no improvement. Pain while passing stool.Now consulted surgeon. He had done blood test stool test and physical examination of anal area and detected infection in both blood,stool and anal area.now he has given monocef 2g injection for 5 days 2 times a day and some medicine diclofenac ofloxacine ornidazole tab but hasn't reached on any conclusion asked me for revisit after 5 days

My husband had a blunt injury to his left upper abdomen about 10 months ago, after which a localized swelling developed in the same area. The swelling was present even before a later knife stab injury occurred near that site. At the time of the stabbing, a CT scan of the abdomen and chest was performed, which showed a soft tissue injury with an intramuscular hematoma involving the left rectus abdominis muscle, with no injury to internal organs. Currently, there is a visible swelling in the left upper anterior abdominal wall that appears more like swelling than a discrete lump; it is non-mobile, with no pain and no change in size. The CT scan report is attached for reference and further evaluation. When that swelling ll go... What to do please advice me?? Is this serious issue..

I was incidentally detected with Appendicular Mucocele and having no pain and symptoms. Shall I go for surgery or not?

Accident happened on 7th Dec, and there was injury on eyebrow where I had to take 5 stitches, above that area there is swelling which is not reduced that much. It's little puffy and little swift as I have shifted to warm compression. No sign of puss or anything. I am still on antibiotic 500 mg and anti inflammatory How long should I wait, there is no pain while pressing it or touching it as well.

I have multiple Fibroadenomas in right breast. My right is pain .and also hand.when period near it's pain lot what i do.

I had small perianal abcess two times once in jan and once in Feb ,both time it cleared with just antibiotics within 3-4 days ,and now I don't have any issues since 10 months.did it not turn into a fistula,i didn't have any drainage done on my abcess it drained on its own both times ?

Doctors..need serious advice.. during sex time.. I cum early.. high sensitivity near glans and frenulum.. I tried 25mg pill once .. but not  help much.. not sure about phimosis..my dick rolls down .. but not much from back side .head of penis is attached to skin so no roll down.. does it causes high sensitivity..? Or it should be cut or its normal or it will be better if not attached.? Please advice.. i attach photos
