Respected doctors I'm suffering from perianal abscess for 3 years.in previous mri report there was no internal opening.please tell if there is internal opening or not as per current mri report.

The highlighted scar in buttock cleft is itching sometimes and I couldn't sleep for straight 8 hours because Its triggering in the middle of night and this picture is one month old now it is not red but still raised How can it be treated and do I need one more surgery? Because I am scared of surgery and it's a trauma for me Anyone in Bangalore please help!!!!

I took USG for groin pain, USG whole abdomen and pelvis report came back as small inguinal node measuring 1.3 cm×0.56 cm . Is it a causes of concerned report attached pliz advice.

Urine retention around PVR .80 and Recurrent uti ...after taking alpha blocker have face swelling and URTI symptoms and stomach upset ...this can be taken long term?? If dizziness happens this can be taken TTS OR MWF or alternate days ??? Prostate size less than 22cc if medicine to reduce prostate is taken is ok ??for this size

I have WBC level always elevated whether chronic prostate can lead to this any need to consult infectious disease specialist? Await reply .dr has told me till no fever no antibiotics must be taken irrespective of urethra burning since it can be due to stress or chronic prostate or less water intake etc or masturbation is this TRUE??? 18000 wbc level but no fever and very mild burning antibiotics needed or wait and watch??? Everytime.in culture new bacteria so old bacteria 100% killed ??? Old bacteria can come again if 2023 and 24 no infection had happen???

Hello doctors, I am a 22-year-old male. I have puffy nipple on the left side of my chest. When I press the area under the nipple, I can feel a soft lump, like small fatty or gland tissue. It looks uneven compared to the other side. This problem has been there for some time and is not reducing with exercise. Please advise me if this is gynecomastia or fat, and what tests or treatment (surgery or medicine) may be required.

I have a 1.5 year old baby, recently she has a boils surgery on 1st sep, from last 4 to 5 days down the side of the wound area found hard, warm and very slight reddish. She was not able to touch that area, if the touch that area started crying. I wanted to know if it is an infection or normal? If normal how to reduce hardness?
