Is this normal or abnormal? If abnormal please guide what to do ? Strechy feeling when about to pass hard stool.. no pain no bleeding no hard lump feeling.

Now I went to gtb hospital They prescribe me anal fissure medicine Ciplox 500 MG BD (7days) LACTULOSE SYP 20 ML HS ISABGOL HUSK BD WITH WATER ANOBLISS CREAM L/A SITZ BATH Pls let me know that last week I stopped fever antibiotic again they prescribed ciplox tablet Is it okay to take antibiotic again ??? It's safe in kidney and liver bcoz antibiotic is too much within a month

Hi doctor j have lump in anus bubble like feeling almost 2 days there is no bleeding constipation and pain when I touch little discomfort there attached image please check had sitz bath 2 times a days is it any medical treatment needed

For the past 3 days, I have had a feeling of incomplete bowel evacuation. Even after passing a soft stool, I feel as if some stool is still left in the rectum, causing mild pressure and discomfort near the anus. During straining, a small, soft, reddish tissue protrudes slightly from the anus, the stool passes through it, and it retracts on its own once I stop straining. A general surgeon performed a digital rectal examination and said the symptoms might be stress-related. I was prescribed Elokic 5 and Vizylac Rich. I would like to know whether this protruding tissue is a normal finding or whether it could indicate internal hemorrhoids, rectal mucosal prolapse, or another rectal condition. Should I consult another surgeon ? there is no bleeding in stool .

Hello Doctor, I need your opinion regarding my condition. I had been suffering from piles/fissure-related symptoms for almost 5–6 years. Finally, on 13 June, I consulted an Ayurvedic surgeon and started treatment. After around 20 days of medicines, I feel much better. Bleeding has stopped, pain is almost gone, and my doctor has stopped most of the medicines. He only advised me to continue the remaining medicines and focus on my diet. However, I am confused about the root cause. I have not been consuming fast food or junk food for the last 4–5 years. I also avoid maida, rarely consume milk or curd, drink around 5 liters of water daily, and regularly eat fruits and fiber-rich foods. So, if my diet has already been good, what could have caused this problem for so many years? Could my sedentary lifestyle, where I spend most of my day sitting or lying down with very little physical activity, be a major contributing factor? Now that I am feeling much better, can I  start gym workout and all.

Patient Condition The patient is an 80-Year-old woman who is bedridden due to a L4-L5 spine disorder. She has severe weakness in both legs and is unable to stand or walk without assistance. She experiences persistent lower back pain that radiates to the buttock and anal region, causing significant discomfort, especially while sitting and during bowel movements. Because of pain and weakness, she is dependent on caregivers for daily activities and requires further medical evaluation and treatment.

I have a anal fissure since tomorrow... Not continue bleeding, only first day first time bleeding... All report I have send in attachment... My stool condition is good but stress, anxiety etc. occurs.. Here I am not attaching all reports... I show the vital reports and my other blood reports, urine re/cs reports are everything normal...

My friend is a known thyroid pt (hypothyroidism) Recently she got to know by the dentist that she has a cyst on her central incisor area and she has to get it removed by surgery They have asked her to skip the medication for a day Is it ok to do so?? Will there be any side effects? Or change in dose and box of the tablets?
