General Surgery

My mother has a small bump on the left side of her abdominal area half coin sized but not bulged, just below the tip of the rib cage and above the stomach. There is no pain. How can we confirm whether it’s a lump, hernia, or something else?

I have a perianal abscess since 3 weeks. It's a small abscess about 5mm in size . I took antibiotics for 10days  as suggested by doctor and the pus came out. Still small firm tissue seems to be inside when touched like inflammation. Is this normal and will this go away. It is reducing everyday but process is quite slow so worried that it will turn into fistula. Any suggestions. Should I consult a surgeon.

Lizolid 600 usage when other drug sensitive basic one is it logical if you have recurrent uti or better to use drug like linezolid as last resort ?

Today while defecating I noticed bleeding in a  certain amount, and it is happening whenever going to poop. There is no pain , but a sensation is there. What could be the reason, and which doctor I should visit for this?(gynaecologist?, gastrologist?, general physician? TIA

I have faced chronic constipation .It was diagnosed by a psychiatrist somatic disorder with ibs c . taking antidepressants releif 2 to 3 years on after problem repeat. starting relief with laxatives on after laxatives does not work and become chronic even with enima does not releif. sink water too much time and only reverse only water. anorectal manometry, floral defecography and colonic transit study and colony tests have done. In last ten years 4 times colonoscopy test not found any thing. Anorectal manometry found sphincter muscle stretching and defecography found rectal prolapse. biofeedback does not releif . psychiatrist said some cases muscle stretching pattern is continue , and it was cure by surgical procedure, I am consult a proctologist he said first rectal prolapse surgery, on after if not relief from constipation then going to sphincter muscle surgery. But one risk about sphincter surgery in old age motion leakage problem maybe. even gases canot release anus,

I have gyno after my competition its been more than 8 months uts been there... how can it be fixed...

I have very small perianal abscess measuring 5mm. which got drained with antibiotics, However the firm lump inside still stays when touched. Outside it seems everything is fine unless you use a finger to touch and feel the small firm lump inside. Do I need a surgery?
