Pt c/o red to black discoloration of both legs near ankle ×15years c/o  b/l pedal edema (grade_3) ×15years C/o breathlessness ×1year Recently fracture in the left lateral malleoli ×10days back Presently Ddimer test has been done of value 2.9 She doesn't want to undergo any surgeries and also her 2 limbs have varus deformities at a greater extent and she cannot walk properly Can anyone please do suggest me is their any conservative management options available

Hi , I had anal abscess two times last year and don't have any drainage or reabscess since a year, doctors said there is no fistula track or anything.but I am not able to get over it.i keep thinking what if I reabscess what if the track silently progress into other organs,will turn to rectovaginal silently,I am not able to overcome this in my mind,it gets difficult to travel and also plan things.please help.

My liver was transplanted in 2021 in UAE FOR the autoimmune hepatitis disease . I am on immunosuppressive medication. My liver tests are fine, but I have swelling in my legs and suffering from venous ulcers and  atopic dermatitis . I feel my legs heavy and painful after standing for a while. Which treatments are best, and which doctors should I consult?

I have 10cm divarication and umbilical hernia 3cm after child birth. I have been advised to go for divarication+ hernia correction by abdominoplasty. I  do not want to go for a very big surgery and want to get my hernia repaired. Is it not possible to only repair the hernia laparoscopically (and not open surgery) and leave divarication as it is? Will be  there be chances of hernia recurrence? Is it possible to strengthen abdominal muscles and reduce divarication by core strengthening exercises?

“Before 5 months, I had a breast biopsy done. About one month after the biopsy, I noticed the lump became bigger in size (around 2 cm increase). I have symptoms like swelling I am worried whether this increase is due to post-biopsy inflammation or hematoma. kindly advise.

Hemorrhoids have been swelling for the last 2 months. No pain no bleeding. The surgeon has said it's grade 2 to grade 1. But swelling is not reducing. Some tablets and sitz baths were recommended but swelling increased as the stool passed. Cream with nicotinamide was recommended but it hardly helped.. Is there any option here this swelling will go away. Any injection or any procedure on opd basis. Attaching images.
