Advice me on recovery days for pilonidal sinus surgery. Can I start working from how many days after surgery.

Hello Doctor, I had a C-section delivery about 10 months ago. I have had hemorrhoids for around 4 years. I had bleeding a few years ago, which stopped, but recently the bleeding has started again and is slightly more than before. The blood is bright red, and I have a burning sensation during bowel movements. I can feel a swollen lump when I touch the area, but it does not protrude outside. I am currently on a no-carb, calorie-deficit diet. Could this be due to hemorrhoids, or could there be another cause? Do I need an examination or any treatment?

My son is 13 months old he got an intraoral lacerated wound on the right side of the pallet anterior to anterior pillar, (injury while playing with a tooth brush) the repair was done on GA on 26 july, on 31st july i found something stuck near the suture, most likely food particles, I tried making him drink a lot of water but it is not flushing away.. he is not in pain... there is no swelling... he is able to eat food and talk properly (which he wasnt able to do before suture) Should I take him to the hospital?I have attached the images of before suture and after suture with food particles stuck

I have been taking antibiotics and steroid tablets for 5 years, and I am tired. My hidradenitis suppurativa is not going away. I now want to undergo surgery (wide excision) on both of my armpits. Please suggest a surgeon who can perform this surgery. Will it come back in the same area after surgery? Also, please tell me the approximate cost of the surgery.

Fissure occured 4 weeks before bleeding stopped after 3 weeks and a hard skin of around 1cm long with a small lump at end of this hard skin is formed, lump is at outer side. and now after 4weeks pain is lesser but still there. During stool pass that hard skin fails to strech. Will this hard skin plus lump will soften and stretchable with time. This hard skin is around 10 days old. Taking sitz bath after morning and evening stool pass Applying cremagel after sitz bath both times.

I has left movabale tissue in my breast.. It is very painful. I consult laparoscopic Surgaon he told me it is fibroadenosis.. He suggest me usg and vit 1 k tab  and i usg done and found left  axillary lymph node seen 1.96 X 0.76 cm reactive lymph node seen.... But it was very pain ful without bra i can't tolerate this...plzz why dr in this situation.. Plzz dr suggest meee...

Sir I have taken finasteride for only six days now my ed and ejaculation is gone and swelling is gone. But sometimes when i check my testicles it appears big and some time time small. Is there anything concerning. I have also met general surgeon in my area he said there is nothing concerning. But when I search my symptoms in gemini/chatgpt it says testicular cancer. It has made me anxious I am unable to work
