I got my MRI yesterday of a fistulogram and that shows I have fistula..however last month I did one and that showed 1.5 cm long 3mm in width.. now it's 3.8 cm long and 2 mm width ...also attached picture Please let me know if this is simple one or complex or is it moving to scortum region?? I am having little discomfort near inguinal area since few days bot sure because of fistula or other reasons...

Hii my husband has gone through anal alceration surgery a week before due to accident that happened last Wednesday. But after going to toilet he suffered frm severe constipation & i feel his sutures were ruptured before it healed iam attaching few pics plz go through dat & suggest me wat can be done next thank u.. eagerly waiting fr ur reply.. it has to be sutured again or should it be left alone..? Its only a week since surgery happened

My husband met wit an accident few days back his legs got stretched wit impact of car hitting our bike.. & severe bleeding from anal region. So doctors recommend mri pelvis iam attaching the report as well.. So plz go through mri & tell me wat is the actual problem is becoz doctors are recommending emergency anal alceration surgery. & he is suffering frm hemorrhoids as well past 3 years..Is operation necessary or can it be treated with medicines. Hi there, I'm suffering from swelling, redness, pain between upper two sides of buttock associated with fever and I've consulted general physician nearby. He has prescribed cefuroxime and pain killers for 10 days and I've undergone cbp and crp blood test as well. In cbp there is esoniphilia and crp is 29.5. Fever went down after taking antibiotics and returned again day before yesterday it's low grade fever at the evening and. today suddenly I got a pimple between mid line of buttock and it busted and was bleeding and pain all of a sudden reduced. I'm bit worried as it was bleeding for few minutes and stopped and again after passing stools it bleeds for few minutes not from anus but from pimple from midline. Need guidance which Dr should I consult. Kindly help please. It's an humble request.

I fell down in the bathroom yesterday and the skin underneath the big toe opened up. I cut the skin and the wound is slightly deep and I can see redness. I went  to the nearest hospital and the doctor described one tt injection, pain killer and one antibiotic for five days. No ointment was prescribed. I am using nesporine ointment. Should I use any other ointment and should stitches be required ?

Hello Iam at week 5 after hemmorhoidectomy, anal dilation and spincterctomy. My surgeon stopped the laxative after day 5-6 I never had any hard stools.. just had dry tip which caused pain at the start then the rest stool was normal and is normal now and no pain.. Just when i sit for too long i have pain and... It itches when i walk... And sometimes pricking sensation How many days to be back to normal?

Please tell me it is proctotis only ? Why has gastro surgeon taken the biopsy from rectum? And is this the reason that I noticed bleeding after passing motion done right after colonoscopy?

When I touch it, it feels like a soft-boiled bubble. I first noticed it six months ago, but there was no pain. A week ago, passing stool was a little difficult, and since then, there has been a burning sensation and the burning sensation reduced now. My bowel movements are back to normal now, What could this be?"please reply

My father has undergone a mandibulectomy surgery where the fibula bone was used as a donor. The skin graft at the donor site is now (after 5 weeks) is said to be at partial loss, am worried how the area will heal now. Kindly provide opinion on the healing process now and whether any extra treatment is needed.

I have  peri anal abscess since January 2026 Later on Feb detected Fistula track through MRI of 1.5 cm at 1 o clock position Now sometimes during long sit or physical activity I get very very mild discomfort at the inguinal area... ( I am not sure if that is due to fistula or skin rash I am scared is that travelling to scortum... So what is the possibility that I might get fistula or abcess reach till scortum Note : yesterday abcess got bursted and puss is flowing
