General Surgery

There is a bump near my asshole, which is painful when pressed/poked with pressure. It has reduced in size over the last 10 days, but is still there. What is it? What should I do, any ointment or oral medicine?

Hi doctor , My spouse is surfing from pain , doctos, the biggest one in this photo is about a year old and it's on the thighs .It was very small at first. Then it kept growing little by little, and it started to itch a little. And 2nd photo multiple mole is also one year old and it is a little above the middle of the thighs.  .It was very small at first and then gradually now it's very big . Please suggest some solution and guidance

Attached the photo. I have this bump between buttline near anal area from few months. I went for physical examination and dr couldn't understand what it is and asked to monitor. She said it's neither piles ,nor tumor. It doesn't bleed. Today, I am feeling little pain and feel of a foreign body present in this area. I am really worried. Please advise what it can be.

Hi Doctor, I had a chronic fissure for 6 months, which has now healed, with no pain or symptoms for the past 1.5 months. I noticed a small bump, so I consulted a colorectal surgeon. He said it is  intersphincteric fistula likely to be about 2 cm and advised an MRI fistulogram and surgery. Since I have no pain, discharge, or discomfort, is the MRI & surgery necessary now, or can it be observed and when discomfort arises do MRI and then surgery ? Could leaving it untreated cause a bigger issue later? What would you recommend?

I have persistent lower abdomen ache and i want to get a diagnostic laproscopy for abdominal adhesions.

My muscles & spinchter aren't relaxing. & causing incomplete evacuation & cramps. I've undergone almost 4 anal surgeries. I follow every advise by doc. Still there's pain. I've been taking laxatives daily for 2 years. Cremaffin plus causes diarrhea daily. All night it causes stomach cramps & I end up not sleeping well. I recently realized, I had the habit of half squatting while peeing. Like bending a little & standing. Since 7 years I have never sat down to pee. To avoid UTI. Could that have caused muscle disorientation & tension leading to chronic pain? If yes, will it not become like before? please guide how to relax again like it used to be 7 years ago. Please🙏 😭 I've been hopelessly undergoing surgeries. Again doc has told surgery. I might die if I keep undergoing surgeries so often. I have other surgeries to undergo for other issues too. It got delayed as I've been undergoing this surgery repeatedly. lost too much weight & weakness coz of pain & surgeries.
