I have a diagnosed with loose lower esophageal sphincter (Lax Cardia) My main, most debilitating symptom is a constant sore throat caused by frequent fluid regurgitation. I have strictly tried everything—including extensive dietary modifications, lifestyle changes (sleeping elevated, not eating before bed), and medications—but nothing has helped a bit. Given that conservative management has failed, am I a good candidate for anti-reflux surgery (like a Nissen fundoplication or stretta procedure)? What pre-surgery diagnostic tests should I undergo next to confirm my eligibility? And how much these will generally cost?.

I am a 24-year-old female, 5'0" tall, and currently weigh around 57–58 kg. I feel that my nose looks a bit broad and prominent on my face, especially from the front.
