Hello She is 1.5 year baby .. Please help with what should be done as form of treatment

I have been experiencing anal discomfort, soreness, and a dull ache for the past 3 years without any bleeding. I underwent LIS surgery for a chronic fissure 1 year ago, and my surgeon later confirmed that the fissure had healed and the sphincter was relaxed. However, I still experience daily discomfort, especially after bowel movements. The symptoms are usually worse during the day and improve overnight. Applying Lox 2% gel provides some relief. It's exhausting because one day I'm feeling little to no symptoms, and the next day I'm throbbing and feel sore. I recently had an anoscopy from a local clinic and attached the images. Can anyone help identify what is visible in these photos? Does this look like a fissure? What issue do I have? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Hello doctors. I got Cesarean. 3 months completed now. I am breastfeeding mother. My belly button comes out during pregnency. It doesn't go back. I consulted OBGyn. Doctor told this is not hernia. She told to cough and raise to two legs while examined. Doctor told that muscles are weakened during pregnency. So Do excersise 3 months. Belly button shrink and comes to normal. So please tell me is this normal? I had no pain. No symptoms of hernia. It feel like normal. But outie belly ( small)

I am having chronic fissure from October heals and reccour again and again two times I had pimple near my anus which get healed automatically but this time doctor asked for mri which showed small low intersphinteric fistula with tiny absecss volume 0.03 cc but after physical check up by one doctor he said no fistula just chronic fissure please tell what should I do other doctors are just saying fistula surgery after mri report but that doctor said no fistula after physical check up

Now I went to gtb hospital They prescribe me anal fissure medicine Ciplox 500 MG BD (7days) LACTULOSE SYP 20 ML HS ISABGOL HUSK BD WITH WATER ANOBLISS CREAM L/A SITZ BATH Pls let me know that last week I stopped fever antibiotic again they prescribed ciplox tablet Is it okay to take antibiotic again ??? It's safe in kidney and liver bcoz antibiotic is too much within a month
