Severe pain after passing stool
I have been experiencing hard stools for about 25 days. I notice dark-red blood while passing stool, along with a cutting sensation, burning, and pain around the anus. The pain becomes severe after passing stool and can continue for 4–5 hours or sometimes throughout the day. I want to know whether this could be an anal fissure, hemorrhoids, or another condition, and what treatment or medicine would be appropriate.

Your condition strongly aligns with an anal fissure. Because your symptoms have lasted for 25 days and involve dark-red blood, it is very important to consult a general surgeon or a gastroenterologist for a proper diagnosis. While the hard stools explain the likelihood of a fissure, dark-red blood—as opposed to bright red streaks—warrants a professional medical evaluation to completely rule out other conditions higher up in the digestive tract. You can use-Stool Softeners or Osmotic Laxatives, Ointments containing local anesthetics like Lidocaine, Take Warm Sitz Baths, Do not strain, push, or sit on the toilet for extended periods. However please consult a general surgeon or a gastroenterologist for a proper diagnosis.

Symptoms described correspond to fissure in ano. Sitting in lukewarm water with your anal region dipped inside that for 10-15 mins twice daily along with ointment for local applications will help. Bit first visit a general surgeon, sometimes assumptions lead to wrong treatment. A good physical examination will help.
Next Steps
Visit a general surgeon
