Is there any helpful trick that keeps the stool soft daily? I have been drinking 4 litres of water daily and eating dal, chawal and sabji but still stool gets hard every now and then.

2. Plenty of oral fluids 3-4L/ day
3. Regular exercises
4. Avoiding: oily/ spicy/ non veg food and all kinds of addictions.
5. Maintaining a routined lifestyle (timely meals and fixed time sleep)
