General Surgery

Fissure fisrt occured at 12 th June Bleeding stopped at 2 july Now Pain is lesser than earlier. But there is hard skin ended with a small lump at fissure cut. Will this hard skin and lump will soften later as it doesn't strech during stool pass.

I have my urine report doctor has prescribed me fofomycin sachet 3 for alternative day whether it will work or not? Culture and routine report is attached below.please suggest me?

Sir/ ma'am I have mild swelling in testis I also had variocele and I took 1 mg of finasteride for 6 days then I noticed erectile dysfunction and abnormal ejaculation.I had prolonged arousal after which ed and abnormal ejaculation started.I immediately stopped the medication.For how many days i should refrain from s.. . I searched my symptoms on chatgpt it saying cancer .I am very worried.
