I want to know after biopsy
Surgery mark will remain permanent even small mark?

You are concerned about scar ,better to focus on lump and its diagnosis .It can be anything .If doctor has advised biopsy after local examination ,He must have suspected something
If u are concerned about scar ,than do a FNAC first rather than biopsy .And than plan accordingly
If the lump will turnout a benign mass ,than get that lump excised by a plastic surgeon ,you will get the best scar as plastic surgeons are best in cosmetic surgeries

That depends on what kind of mass is the treating doctor suspecting
For trucut biopsy which is taken by a wide bore biopsy gun the post procedure scar will be just like a dot
If incision or excision biopsy is being planned then there might be a permanent surgical scar
