I am experiencing anal swelling and orange coloured small output urine with chills and is extremely painful

Hello i am going through a lump in my breast . Would like to know surgery is required or not . FNAC test is required or not ? Kindly suggest some cure.

There is a swelling above my anal opening when i press it feels large cyst type something under the skin there is no pus till now and there is no blood but the swelling occurs after passing motion and by the time it settle down and nect day same thing reoccur .it starts 10 days earlier i do sitz bath but there is no relief painfull but not horrible on sitting

I had a bike accident 3 days ago in which the handle scratched hard against my waist/pelvis area. Since then, I’ve developed a bulge there, approximately 3 inches long and 1 inch thick. I’ve been icing it and taking OTC pain medication for the past 2 days, but the size hasn’t reduced. The lump doesn’t move or change when I change position (standing/lying down), and it feels tender to touch, though it only hurts when pressure is applied directly on it. Should I get this examined now, or is it reasonable to wait a few more days to see if it reduces on its own before seeing a doctor?

How to consume Clonotril 0.25 tablet?. It should be consumed with water or its mouth dissolving like Petril. Also is there any difference in Clonotril dispersible and Petril MD

I have been diagnosed with a pilonidal sinus, and a general surgeon has examined me and recommended surgery. I also have red, itchy skin around the anal opening and the surrounding area. The itching is still present. I had previously used Castor MF occasionally, but I haven't been applying it recently, and the itching has continued. There is no bleeding or pain during bowel movements. Since I am going to have surgery for the pilonidal sinus, I would like to know: Could the redness and itching be a fungal infection or simple skin irritation? Is it safe to use a simple antifungal cream such as clotrimazole around the anal area, or should I use something else? Should I discuss this specifically with my surgeon before the surgery? Is capsule colonoscopy a good option if need only for screening ,i am scared of normal colonoscopy,god forbid if found anything can do normal scopy aswell Plz advice

B12/folate level Serum vitamin B12 226 ng/L Serum folate 2.0 ug/L I have already take folic acid 5mg per day for 50days and for B12 do I need to take shot or go for oral intake. If oral what is the B12 capsule need to be taken ?

Any good altetnative to as good as  colonoscopy? Pls advice i want a routine repeat colonoscopy suggest alternative
