I have pain and inflammation in my Anu's due to piles and fissure and I'm using anobliss cream before and after poop regularly for 8 month...and getting comfort...is this cream is safe for daily use?please tell me

I had small perianal abcess two times once in jan and once in Feb ,both time it cleared with just antibiotics within 3-4 days ,and now I don't have any issues since 10 months.did it not turn into a fistula,i didn't have any drainage done on my abcess it drained on its own both times ?

I have an lump red in color on skin folds. When wiping it's outer covering ruptured & 2 tiny drops of blood is there. There is no pain only itching is there. Attaching image of it. I am concerned what It can be.

Doctors..need serious advice.. during sex time.. I cum early.. high sensitivity near glans and frenulum.. I tried 25mg pill once .. but not  help much.. not sure about phimosis..my dick rolls down .. but not much from back side .head of penis is attached to skin so no roll down.. does it causes high sensitivity..? I get sleep during daytime while working. Before lunch , After Lunch around 30mins each time I feel so much sleepy. Is this normal or could be an issue ? I sleep 10pm to 7am. During holidays also I sleep afternoon in home. From my childhood itself I have this habit of afternoon sleeping in Holidays. Even in school college before and after lunch I used to feel sleepy.
