General Surgery

I had a fistula surgery on 1st of November. The site is healed but I have observed little blood inside anus on the tissue today. Is it normal?

I have got cyst removal surgery on my neck. Will the stitches needs to be removed or it will go away on their own? My doctor is in another city and has not given any note to come back for stitches removal. Please suggest as I'm unable to find the difference between the two,

I get sleep during daytime while working. Before lunch , After Lunch around 30mins each time I feel so much sleepy. Is this normal or could be an issue ? I sleep 10pm to 7am. During holidays also I sleep afternoon in home. From my childhood itself I have this habit of afternoon sleeping in Holidays. Even in school college before and after lunch I used to feel sleepy.

I have got burning pain while popping and i can notice blood while pooping ( can see blood coming out of anus. The pain stops after i poop. Been 2 weeks.

I have undergone LIS surgery 8 days ago still i feel Spasm of sphincter and i still have constipation i m using lactihep syp but constipation not relieved .., i have doubt that the sphincter spasm reduces or not, how much time it ll take to become normal.

I had a fistula surgery 9 months ago and everything went well..but now i am having diarrhoea for around 3.5 months..not totally watery but soft and urges me to go whenever i feel the pressure..i have taken meds for stomach infection given by doctors but as soon as i stop taking meds the diarrhoea comes back..what can be the reason ?? I have attached the last medicines that i have been taking for 10 days. Stopped with the meds yesterday and diarrhoea is back today..

I had undergone last surgery on 25th July 2025. Post that I was asked to use Dialator. I used to use for 2 minutes in a day. But would miss sometimes. And now I've been told to go with anoplasty. My exams are coming & I can't go for any surgery now. Is there any other option. Can I still use dilator to bring changes? Is it possible? After 4 months of surgery?

Does a anal fistula mri show track only during active abcess or it will show track even if we don't have an active abcess at present.my mri shows no track since last 5 months.

Hi, What does this report suggest..is my fistula healed on its own.i had two abcess only initially and nothing post that.

I was diagnosed with fibroadenoma 10 months back (biopsy was done) . It was not at all painful at any time. But now suddenly from the past 2-3 days I am having sharp sudden throbbing pain . It lasts for around 60-90 seconds what could be the reason and what should I do next
