My wife has been diagnosed with the pinoniddle sinus and doctor has prescribed her to get into the operation so my question is laser operation is better or the normal operation Dr as also told us to do or to go with the flap operation what is that flap  operation how much does it cost which one would be the better what would be the rest period as well kindly suggest

Hi dr, I have soft swell or something same on my right side of shoulder and neck region. It does not pain or anything when touch or press. It is there from long time. I did neck ultrasound in 2019 for same and it was normal. I was bathing and then see this again. It is not visibl when i am standing straight but show when i lift my handup. Showing standing and hand lift photo It is neck attack kind.. I was 87kg in 2019 and now 95kg. What can be this.. i am bit scared and i know only ultrasound can tell but with mine above description...what does it look?? It comes ONLY when i move my handup or shoulder up. Hi I have undergone 2 laser surgeries 3 weeks before and honestly there is no pain however today I had watery stools which is surprising cause i use to get semi solid stools by using cremaffin syp.Also I have pus discharge in yellow white color is it common and if so how many days will it be? Also sometimes I feel a tissue pulling sensation at 6 o clock where my surgery is done is this also common? My doctor said it will take 1 month to come out of pain however I want to know when the pus will be gone and when will I come to my original state? How long will it take to completely recover.

My mother has got varicose veins for a long time...she doesn't want to undergo any surgery..can you suggest tablets that will ease her pain

I admitted to a hospital for K-Wire surgery in right hand. IV drip was attached in left hand. They overdosed me with anaesthesia at neck. I m still feeling ringing sensation in my years and sometimes light headache. It's been 10 days for the discharge from the hospital. The main concern is my veins at left hand got hardened after IV drip and there are some clots as well. I applied ice and also thembophob ointment as they guided, but the problem has not resolved. It's completely hospital's fault as I got this problem due to improper management of IV drip or due to other reasons. Is this serious and what treatment can fix it quickly and what tests may be recommended to me. Plz someone help me as I want to avoid the other complications like PE or DVT.

Eating okra and cucumber seeds could hurt healing fissure? Do I need to eat okra and cucumber without seeds so that it won't hurt my healing fissure.

Is there any helpful trick that keeps the stool soft daily? I have been drinking 4 litres of water daily and eating dal, chawal and sabji but still stool gets hard every now and then.
