Hi, I have an anal fistula it gave me two abcess initially and nothing since 10 months no discomfort nothing at all track shows zero length in September mri in May it showed 19 mm can it heal itself.can it turn to a recto vaginal fistula with time? I am getting anxiety please clear.

Two days ago, I had another CT scan done due to head pain, and the report is normal. I have had two brain CT scans in my life, one at the age of 8 and another at 18.
