General Surgery

I had fistula -in-ano surgery two years back, since then, whenever I get hard stools my anus starts bleeding,I was thinking it will be healed with time but it's not,even 2 years passed...can you please guide me what could be the reason and suitable treatment.. Thankyou .

I have 10cm divarication and umbilical hernia 3cm after child birth. I have been advised to go for divarication+ hernia correction by abdominoplasty. I  do not want to go for a very big surgery and want to get my hernia repaired. Is it not possible to only repair the hernia laparoscopically (and not open surgery) and leave divarication as it is? Will be  there be chances of hernia recurrence? Is it possible to strengthen abdominal muscles and reduce divarication by core strengthening exercises?

“Before 5 months, I had a breast biopsy done. About one month after the biopsy, I noticed the lump became bigger in size (around 2 cm increase). I have symptoms like swelling I am worried whether this increase is due to post-biopsy inflammation or hematoma. kindly advise.

Doctor my husband is suffering frm gall bladder issue..so we have undergone usg abdomen & lft lipid profile as well.. but everything is looking abnormal & please go through the reports & let me know wat can be done further.. any medications or surgery..?.is it life threatening..? Is anything to worry abt..? Plz expain wats wrong wit pancreas & kidneys as well..eagerly waiting fr ur reply..

Hemorrhoids have been swelling for the last 2 months. No pain no bleeding. The surgeon has said it's grade 2 to grade 1. But swelling is not reducing. Some tablets and sitz baths were recommended but swelling increased as the stool passed. Cream with nicotinamide was recommended but it hardly helped.. Is there any option here this swelling will go away. Any injection or any procedure on opd basis. Attaching images.

Can I visit general surgeon for piles?  Or a more specialised doctor? I don't think going to general physician is a great idea??

I have had anal swelling for the past month. Initially it was mild but has increased over time. It started after a bike ride, followed by diarrhea and sudden swelling. A gastroenterologist prescribed IBIS tablets for my IBS and Anovate cream. Diarrhea stopped, but swelling increased. After that I went to  proctologist who diagnosed grade 1 hemorrhoids and prescribed Anobliss cream, Benefex DS tablet 2 times a day and a stool softener at night. I am using these from last two days with sitz baths. Swelling reduces temporarily but returns after bowel movements. I have no pain or bleeding, only discomfort and heaviness in anal. Will this resolve permanently? Is surgery or sclerotherapy needed? Can I use ice packs after sitz baths for swelling? For reference I am attaching images here . . Sorry in advance for gross images.. Please suggest any treatment which will reduce this swelling to nill

What should be done after this stage.. along with compression stockings... varcooil is also used intermittently

Can anyone help me in understanding this report. As doctor said I have to undergo surgery only & its fistula whereas in mri it's mentioned that no fistula tract found. Thanks Swapnil Garg
