General Surgery

Hello. I have ingrown toenails on four toes. Both big toes, and both second toes. I am planning to have surgery on January 4th. I have two questions. 1) Can all four nails be operated on the same day? 2) Can I attend a wedding on January 11th after surgery on all four toenails? Please do let me know. I appreciate any help & guidance.

I have an lump red in color on skin folds. When wiping it's outer covering ruptured & 2 tiny drops of blood is there. There is no pain only itching is there. Attaching image of it. I am concerned what It can be.

I had circumcision surgery 25 days ago. The wound has completely healed and there is no pain. However, I still have a donut-shaped swelling below the head of the pennis. How long will it take for this swelling to fully subside? Also, can I start physical exercises now, or should I wait until the swelling goes away?

Suffering from piles. A feeling of anus area filled remain all time. I have taken sitz bath applied ano metrogyl cream but no improvement. Pain while passing stool.Now consulted surgeon. He had done blood test stool test and physical examination of anal area and detected infection in both blood,stool and anal area.now he has given monocef 2g injection for 5 days 2 times a day and some medicine diclofenac ofloxacine ornidazole tab but hasn't reached on any conclusion asked me for revisit after 5 days

My husband had a blunt injury to his left upper abdomen about 10 months ago, after which a localized swelling developed in the same area. The swelling was present even before a later knife stab injury occurred near that site. At the time of the stabbing, a CT scan of the abdomen and chest was performed, which showed a soft tissue injury with an intramuscular hematoma involving the left rectus abdominis muscle, with no injury to internal organs. Currently, there is a visible swelling in the left upper anterior abdominal wall that appears more like swelling than a discrete lump; it is non-mobile, with no pain and no change in size. The CT scan report is attached for reference and further evaluation. When that swelling ll go... What to do please advice me?? Is this serious issue..
