If there was bone chewed by dog lying on the ground and there was so much ants nearby the bone so i take the cardboard box and through the bone with the help of cardboard then after 5-6 minutes i touch the cardboard with my naked legs and dog was unknown but their was not big would in my leg toe but some superficial wounds are present so is their any possibility of transmission Rabies

In my home we are raising a dog, the dog gets vaccinated. The dog just scratches me I also got vaccinated in a year. 8 months ago another scratch I got a booster dose. 7 months ago another scratch so I get Full vaccine dosses like 0,4,7,14 . I've developed anal fissure during postpartum and was recommended stool softener, sitz bath and Cremagel to treat it. This has helped in reducing pain and burning sensation but if I pass hard stools the painful condition returns. Is there any treatment that can give me permanent healing or will this relapse continue to happen? I'm a BF mother, can I take painkillers for immediate relief from anal fissure pain? If yes, please suggest BF-safe painkillers.

Hi sir..am Meena..I have breast both side lumps is there... Right side..18*18 outer quadrant..another 8*6 uppar quadrant ..left side...10*6 outer quadrant. 11*7 mm uppar quadrant..- -skin and nipple are normal. Impression:well defined hypoechoic lesions in both breast as described above..likely fibroadenomas.. 1 week to seen here lumps..any problems...which suggests..any thing serious.. Plz tell me sir

I am having anal fissure for 3 months with multiple episodes. Having bleeding and pain for couple of weeks then symptoms improve for a week or 10 days but again facing the issue with bleeding and pain. This episode keeps repeating. I am using anorelief cream as adviced by doctor and stops once my symptoms improves. I have also used sitcom tablet for two weeks as adviced by doctor which I felt helps improved my symptoms but was not diagosed with piles as such. Is it possible to have both anal fissure and haemorroids together? If you please suggest how to take it forward the treatment for my current issue then it will be much helpful. Thanks
