I’ve been dealing with a recurrent anal fissure for 1.6 years. It reoccurs every 2 to 3 months, always at the 12 o’clock position, with a small. Till now i used ayurvedic oil. Currently, my bowel movements are soft. For the past 3 months, I’ve been using Cremagel (diltiazem) at night & Smuth cream occasionally in the morning, applied inside the anus with an applicator. 3 weeks ago, after diarrhea, a redness appeared on the outer skin near 1 o’clock. It looked like peeled skin with fresh new skin underneath, causing discomfort for one day & healed nxt day. The fissure cut at 12oclock is no longer visible externally, and my only symptom is mild burning for 2–3 minutes after motion. Is it safe to continue these creams longer? How long can I use them? Could there be longterm side effects? healing takes around 6 months but my doctor insists proctoscopy examination, saying he cannot provide further advice without physically examining me. I'm scared to put that tool as it may reopen fissure

A few years back, i observed abnormal growth and pain in my breast. In consultation, i was diagnosed with Fibroadenosis. Later on i started its treatment to dissolve the lumps but the size of my breast kept growing. Now the number of lumps in my breast has reduced but my breast size kept increasing. I'm also suffering from hypothyroidism. My breast  is too heavy now and it looks too bad whenever i wear something good and i have to face a lot of embarrassment too . I'm gaining weight also. What should be done for reducing my breast size?

I am not married I usually get my periods in 19th day from 7th day of last period and in 1st day no bleeding only spotting occur it's normal

Recently found out that there was a dead pigeon in the water tank of the water that we have been using. Kind of scared about any of the repercussions or infections that could have been caused by using that water. I used it for 2-3 days max and do we have an RO. We did use the water in the washrooms in to clean our private, so I need to know. What test or any precautions that I can get to prevent any sort of infections that could've happened because of this contaminated water being used

Hello doctors, I'm a 31-year-old male. Two weeks ago, I had a small lump at the 12 o'clock position, just above the anal opening (between anus and penis). It was painful to touch but no fever or sitting discomfort. A general surgeon advised an MRI Fistulogram, which showed a tiny 5.6 mm perianal abscess, no fistula, no anal canal communication, and no tract formation. He vaguely said, “whatever the report, continue antibiotics” for 5 days. After completing the course, the pain is gone, the lump is smaller, and when I pressed it, a small hard white pimple-like substance came out. Still the surgeon insists on laser surgery without any post-report consultation or explanation only said he’ll process cashless approval. My questions: 1. Is surgery really required now? 2. Can this heal fully on its own? 3. Will it become a fistula later? 4.Are sitz baths  required Mri report attached for your reference
