General Surgery

I have gyno after my competition its been more than 8 months uts been there... how can it be fixed...

I have very small perianal abscess measuring 5mm. which got drained with antibiotics, However the firm lump inside still stays when touched. Outside it seems everything is fine unless you use a finger to touch and feel the small firm lump inside. Do I need a surgery?

Anal fissure pain from 3 month back already taken few medicines but not having that much relief. Pls help

My dad got a lump in underarm few months ago it was small but few days ago dad pressed it and it had swollen I had attached the image and doctor had given antibiotics ceftum 500, clindamycin 300 and zerodol sp and told us to wait for 5 days. What is it and what to do next?

I m suffering from anal fissure.. please suggest me good medicine.. it's pain too much after stool pass.. I m taking sitz bath three times daily.. using anovate cream after sitz bath.. it seems like my anal canal have blocked whenever I stool as it's pain too much.. please help me .

I am 18 years old ,I have an anal fissure laser surgery 3 months ago  it heals first ,but again started after a month ,blood is coming and also so pain full even though motion is free .so please can any suggestions for this

Continuous pain while sitting and passing stool. Subsides with enzoflam tablet after 1.5hrs. causing burning sensation with crema gel ointment and sucral ano ointment as well as escot ointment. Mild pain releive with sitz bath and heating pad compress. Taking cremaffin plus and duphalac for constipation. Continuing treatment for 3 weeks but no improvement. Used softovac for some time but bulky stool causes more pain. Started sitcom forte tablet since 3 days.

Hi All, I am having piles with hemorrhoids outside while going motion i am not feeling any pain stools coming smoothly but when I sit on blood drops  continuously coming before stools. And don't have any pain I am facing this for the last three days morning and night time. I am not feeling tired or any other symptoms. Medical history: Having bronchiectasis in my right upper lobe for this issue and hemoptysis also for the past one month I am taking medicines and injections is that side effect of those medicines. I cannot eat cold items if I eat i will have cough and chest pain. But if I continuously take heat items to avoid cold i am having a piles problem. I am fed up on this . I am clueless now..please suggest

Hi I am 37 year old make who does wfh job with lot of sitting hours. Pain burning started in Anus with a small boil like structure at the tip of Anus. It burns while sitting pain is moderate 4 on 10. It is more of burning. This lasted for two weeks and den started again. Doc said it's thrombosed. When I apply cream inside i feel a small moving skin type. Burning came back again. But it is very better than before 70 percent better. Also the boil has turned into a small dot now reduced in size. Is it hemoroids or something serious. As it's been a month now.
