General Surgery

I had severe anal pain past 1 month and they diagnosed as perianal abscess through CT scan and had a surgery to incision and drainage the abscess.. it’s been 10 days and Iam feeling better slowly . Surgery wound kept open and I had some discharge occasionally. But pain is reduced a lot . Suddenly after 10 days of betterment , I had a pain and swelling near the surgery wound . Then after some hours there is white pus discharge from the wound site .. is this normal ? Or is it cause of something else to be worried .

Viewing my X-ray report radiologist diagnosed it for Lumbosacral Transitional Vertebrae disease, what should I do? what medication do i need ? Do I need surgery?

Please find the CT Scan Report and suggest the Needful.. The wound is not fully recover and there is pain

5 days ago my circumcision operation done but I found issue where left side skin touch to gland but right side skin not touch to gland properly. Is this normal or this is surgon fault, do I need to face surgery again or not? Right side white skin visible.

Dear Sir, 14 days ago Due to an Accident i have got 3 Stitches in my head.Doctor prescribed me Clavam 625 Medicine and i have taken this for the last 13 days. My stitches now has been cut.I am using betadin ointment to the affected area.Due to my wound not fully recovered and still there is pain, Should i continue to use the Clavam 625 medicine until the wound fully recover? Hi , I am breast feeding mother of 4 months baby. I initially had my 1st personals abscess when I am 3 months pregnant and underwent surgery. I again got this now with fistula track present. Surgery is done and got pus culture. Want to know with the presence of bateria “ klebsiella pneumoniae” inside me, I can still continue to breastfeed ..? bacteria is it okay to continue to breastfeed or not. I am prescribed to take Cepodem 200 mg tablets twice daily after food for 5 days.

Hi Sir/Madam, Here I am attaching my abdomen report. Last 3years I have been facing a little bit of swelling beside the belly button. Nowadays, I am facing a little bit of pain in the stomach beside the belly button. So I consulted my Gynecologist she told me to get an abdominal scan, which found that small umbilical hernia of 1cm. My doctor said that I need surgery to remove 1 cm hernia. So my doubt is, hernia is only 1cm present, so should I go for surgery? If yes, can we delay this surgery, or is there any possibility to use medicines for this hernia? Please reply to my question. Do I need compulsory surgery to remove the hernia else what is the second option?

I have 18 mm and 7 mm stone in Gall Bladder .I am epileptic and don't want to undergo surgery. My friend told me that ESWL can be helpful in Gall Bladder stone removal it breaks the stone and then can be removed without the gall bladder removal. Please help me is it possible to remove gall stone with the help of ESWL without gallbladder removal
