Perianal abcess with antibiotics
I had small perianal abcess two times once in jan and feb,they got resolved with antibiotics both time in 3-4 days and no need of drainage to be done,I have no issues since 10 months now,can we not have fistula even after two abcess as I am not having any issues since then.there was a hole which itself got resolved in 2 months and there is nothing since may.

Less likely But it can recur anytime if it is fistula Maintain local hygiene and follow good dietary habit Avoid constipation and hard stool If abscess or fistula or fissure or haemorrhoids form then feel free to contact

Chances of fistula is there , however you can try preventing it by doing regular sitz bath . That is by avoiding any infection/abscess formation locally. If any collection/abscess formation happens again there are high chances of tract formation. Not guaranteed , but definitely effective. If you want to know if any tract has formed , then I would suggest MR fistulogram.
