Perianal abcess
I am suffering from perianal abcess fro lockdown i had 3 surgeries but there was no solution for me on my 2nd surgery doctor said me for FNAC it shows tuberculosis i take tb medicines for 15 months but problem not solving after completing tb medicines course my problem solved automatically after 6 months.
Mow problem comes again and last month doctor told me for surgery again and everything goes fine after surgery now it happens again today please solve my problem.

once you get a infection in perineal region which is recurring many times so for now get a mri fistulogram
which will clearly gives the total information of disease
