I had small perianal abcess two times once in jan and once in Feb ,both time it cleared with just antibiotics within 3-4 days ,and now I don't have any issues since 10 months.did it not turn into a fistula,i didn't have any drainage done on my abcess it drained on its own both times ?

Please don’t worry. Not everyone who has a perineal abscess will develop a fistula. It is only a possible risk, not something that happens to all patients. If your abscess has healed well with antibiotics, then there is nothing to worry about.
