Does a fistulogram scan both left and right side of perineum? Also even if active abcess is not there will it still show the track.my track is gone on its own i had abcess two times and stopped after that since may and no issues.

I’m a 26-year-old woman, and for the past three years, I’ve been experiencing persistent pain in my lower right abdomen. It initially started near the right side of my vaginal area and has gradually spread upwards toward my belly button. I’ve noticed some swelling in that region. The pain is generally bearable but varies in sensation—it can feel like burning, sharp needle pricks, or cramps. Occasionally, I also feel discomfort radiating into my right thigh. I stopped breastfeeding in April. But saw some discharge in both the nipples on squeezing today because I felt my nipples were kind of wet.. one white drop.. others were liquidy neither transparent nor white.. was it breastmilk? I have fibroadenoma since 2018. A recent scan showed 5 lumps in total in both the breasts.. it said birads 2. What do I need to do now?
