I have a small hanging bag in my anus. There is very tightness in anus. A smelly  sticky jelly like fluid comes everytime from there and area becomes wet all the time. Now I have also itch all the time at there with little pain. What to do.

I have laser haemorrhoidectomy in 2022 ,post surgery 1 year was fine but afterwards I'm facing difficulties in passing stool.I often feel my bowels are not getting empty.What are the surgical or non surgical procedure available for treatment?

A small bulge just above my belly button from last 7 years without any pain and complications,please guide us for next action.

I noticed a swollen lymph node in the neck in March when it all started with throat infection and cold. Since then, the swollen node didn't go away and mildly increase and decrease in size. I am also having occasional throat pain, allergy and cold since the past 3 months. My CRP value take on march: 1.8 CRP on April: 8.2 Both the times I have throat infection and cold I feel slight tightness in neck and I can fell round/oval shaped swollen lymph node when touched itself

I have severe acidity, chest pain,and throat tightness . A few days ago I was diagnosed with a small hiatus hernia.GE junction 34 cm and hiatus hernia is 3.6 cms. The doctor gave me antacids. But it is not helpful . Once chest pain started I felt restless. And I'm already suffering from surgical hypoparathyroid conditions from Last 2 yr.and taking heavy doses of rocaltrol and Shelcal 4 times a day. My endocrinologist suggested that I don't take antacids for the absorption issue. Calcium levels with medicine 7.5 . Please give me suggestions for How to manage this situation.

Diagnosed with Non radiographic spondyloarthropathy. ( HLAB27 +ve) . On Etoricoxib . But got external hemorrhoids after 1 n half month of Etoricoxib ( 1 month -90 mg & 15 days-60 mg ) . I was prescribed 60 mg for a month but stopped due to hemorrhoids . Using SUCRAL ANO , Sitz Bath, Having Isabgol thrice a day along with Rabeprazole . What to do now . The hemorrhoids area pains at times .

Which excercise we can do and not do with recurring anal fissures.so that it doesn't strain the area.

I have take surgery for bilateral hernia in march 18 this year. After 30 days I have starting morning walking about 1hour. Some discomfort in the scrotal are and swelling . Stop the walking and take 30 days gap. Swelling as same discomfort gone, when I start walking the same problem return for 4days waking . Stop walking and take rest but swelling was not cure . April 18 iam reaced usa and stay in Dallas now. In this country appointment not available immediately. I have health insurance but take time too much days , what I am do . Swelling and discomfort but not pain and fever. I have some antibiotics and pain medicines antacids .

I have swelling on my anal area please tell me what is this let me know is anything serious? Just swelling

DX with soft tissue vascular malformation near the wrist how can it be reduced .it can be resolved by medication or needed to be done surgical procedures
