I got an armpit lump 3 weeks back after having a flu which was very painful and with swelling.I used to feel pain when i move my hand also.But after 3 4 days it started to reduce in size and pain is completely gone and no swelling.Its been 3 weeks now and there is no pain or something but i can feel little bit of that lymph node when i touch .Its not completely gone.What should i do to heal it completely?Is it concerning?

Hi doctor When I was in teen age I used to have severe pain under my nipples and it was left untreated by parents as they were not aware. Then I developed gramdular ring like structure and pain was gone. This raised my chest and its look like a gynaecomastia. Now I have fat but very slight pain also. Reference pic attached Do I need to get it removed or medications are available?. Pls guide .

I am doing workout in gym for couple of years now and I have also taken creatine in the past with frequent breaks. And like this I was doing regular gym last year till August 2024. Then i left gym and workout for some reason in ending august and my body weight in august is around 69kg. Then in middle of September, one day I got into severe stomach pain and I'll get to know that i have multiple stones in my gallbladder and some stomach infection too. Then I consult a doctor and start getting treatment. And in October, my gallbladder surgery happens and the operation went well without any complication. And I take rest of 2 months in November and December. And from jan 1, 2025 I start light weight workout again and my body weight at that time is around 56kg and then continuing doing workout till today in june, my weight is 62kg. Now, I know creatine doesn't cause stones in gallbladder. But as I don't know the reason for gallbladder stone, I am confused to start again creatine or not.

Is it okay to take softovac sf daily for constipationas it contains ayurvedic ingredients .does it have side effects.

70 yrs, has osteoarthritis and since 3 years has purple discoloration in both ankles to heels. •Had spider like veins earlier which worsened n turned to purplish skin in ankles. •Wears knee compression stockings that cover knees only since many years for knee pain.  Develops pedal edema if sits for long. Has itching at times. •Echo is normal. Has hypertension, prediabetes, and recent early cirrhosis.    No swollen varicose veins. •Used to take preventive ecosprin AV (no disease) but due to cirrhosis stopped 1. Never done Venous Doppler, but if it is positive what treatment is suggested? 2. Please suggest, if needed, what kind of stockings should be worn.

My mother got hurt by the door latch. The bleeding wasn't stopping due to blood thinners. We showed her at AIIMS, they gave one stitch but there is swelling around the eye. AIIMS didn't give any medicine, nor did they check the file. What medicine can we give for the swelling (considering she's a cardiac patient)? And should we give Augmentin or zifi 200? When i pass stool, my anal swells a bit and after the stool is passed and i am clearning the area i can feel very soft lumps which would disappear in like 5/10 minutes. But if very constipated the swelling stays for like 20/30 minutes. In last 3 years i had 4 episodes of bleeding which were during passing of stool and stopped after 4-5 days. I got it checked recently by a general surgeon... he did digital rectal exam and proctoscopy ... and mentioned something like 1 degree hemeroids 7 o clock. He asked me to drink water and eat veggies and asked me to do manual anal message with ( ciprofloxacin) . Can you please suggest if this is serious and also is the treatment prescribed ok.

2 months ago I was diagnosed with anemia and I had incidental gallstone finding. Since I was a child, I had a bit of a digestive issue. I was even diagnosed with pcos. I had taken medication for heavy flow but it was of no use. So i resorted to exercise which led to eventual decrease in weight and only a year ago, my periods started being regular, every month.
