Please tell me it is proctotis only ?
Why has gastro surgeon taken the biopsy from rectum?
And is this the reason that I noticed bleeding after passing motion done right after colonoscopy?

Biopsy done to rule out other possibilities.
And after biopsy sometime bleeding can occur
Wait for biopsy result.
If bleeding is excessive kindly consult a doctor
And for proctatitis follow healthy diet -
Avoid constipation by stool softeners, liquid diet, high fiber diet
Avoid spicy food

According to the report it is Proctitis which is an inflammation and infection of the rectum.
The biopsy was taken from other parts of the large bowel possibly to rule out other causes like IBD. Bleeding immediately after colonoscopy can be seen more commonly after the procedure due to mucosal injury and it's not serious.

It is suggesting it to be proctitis and biopsy for the disease confirmation. Although the chances of cancer in this case are very rare let's just wait for the biopsy report
