Can I use mega heal ointment to heal the stiches after surgery. Presently using povidine iodine ointment.

I am having from past 2 months burning in the stomach whenever I am having food and also pain in the stomach. So I met gastric doctor and done an endoscopy. Attached is the report please suggest what has to be done

Sir / mam , i had  inguinal hernia surgery repair ( non laparoscopic ) surgery 18 months ago. MESH was also kept... Now on the cut where stich was made , now there it is swollen on the cut where it was stiched , half of the region is swollen and other half is normal. Kindly pls suggest what to do ?

I had a fistuletomy surgery at the end of November 2023. The wound has healed and formed a layer of skin, which is pink in color. I got a US Fistulogram today, the report says i do not have fistula or abscess. It's been 4 months, but the surgery wound is still tender and sensitive to touch. I can feel mild pain (1 out of 5 pain scale) when i touch the wound area. Is this normal? How long does it take to become completely pain free?

I feel a hard think in my rectum but some time it's disappear. No pain no bleeding but I have constipation and pils problem during 4 year. It's very serious problem or not???

Hi Sir/Madam, I have pilonidal sinus cyst on my back. Took MRI scan and it is in 2.5 mm depth. Is there any possibility to remove that cyst without open surgery? kindly suggest to go with the easy procedure without open surgery. I already had two c section. Thanks in advance, Ramya
