Suffering from mild pain in my pelvic area after MRI my report shows that in my inguinal their is a mild hernia of 4-5 MM... Now my concern is for such a mild hernia I need a surgery or not please tell me

Hi, today its been 20 days post stapler circumcision however the ring and the staples are still there and not fallen off. Please see the attached pictures. Is there any issue or concern with the healing? How much more time will it take for them to naturally fall off.

I had my fistula operation done 1.5 years back, and from past 1 month suddenly after passing motion there is slight discomfort, pain, pressure and fullness kind, is it due to the scar tissue?

I had stomach upset all of sudden staying alone no took online consulting.dr gave O2 took same 29.10.25 evening next day morning. Next day morning 6 vomit went to MD since ibs patient he stop O2 started rifaximin and wbc 22800 .so did USG 31.10.25 evening ...went to MD again on 01.11.25 he stop rifaximin based on earlier culture of July which also had cystitis and acinetobacter bacteria gave doxyclinine and ofloxacin 400 which was sensitive in July culture so ask to stop rifaximin 400 after 5tablet taken and ask my urologist whom I consulted on 31.10.25 evening he told I am out of town so take zifi cv 200 which next day MD told to.stop after taking Two tablet since given.doxy1ldr forte and ofloxacin 400 Question: doctor changes antibiotics often without.full.course completion if antibiotics are shuffle and not stop base on doctor change to severe condition does it leads to.resistance or not ? And that resistance would be for uti infection bacteria or whole body?? Await reply Thanks

I had stapler surgery for piles 6 weeks back. In the 3rd week i could feel a lump protuding out of my rectum which I showed to the doctor and he said it is a skin tag which will take 1-2 months to shrink or heal. He prescribed me sitcom forte for 10 days and during that time i felt better. After the course completion, its been a week and i had to strain in the morning for bowel movements and thus the tag is swollen and irritated. Can i take sitcom again for some days till the time i heal.

Hi, I have an anal fistula it gave me two abcess initially and nothing since 10 months no discomfort nothing at all track shows zero length in mri can it heal itself.can it turn to a recto vaginal fistula with time? I am getting anxiety please clear.
