Fluid color after gall surgery

This is the color of fluid in drainage on 3rd day of keyhole cholecystectomy.
Total daily volume must be approx 25- 30 ml.
Yellowish fluid comes only while sleeping at night. It is red during the day.
Is everything ok ? Can drainage be removed now ?
