Age less than 40 ,with Normal usg and no significant family history .No need to do MRI than ..
,avoid self squeezing of nipples .
Investigation-Do cytology of nipple discharge and Do serun prolactin levels
Treatment
Take good antibiotics and antinflammatory drugs . It will settle
Follow with investigations
