Hi. i attached my usg breast report for whitish nipple discharge. do i need mammogram further? is this usg report normal or can i go for mammogram or mri?? or trust on usg report that there is no cancer??

Whitish nipple discharge means milky discharge?
Small simple cyst in the left breast.. less than 1 cm.. MRI breast is not needed..just need a follow-up USG after 6 months or if it is increasing in size..
