USG report and fibroadenoma
This is my breast USG report which was done on 19/03/2022 Is there anything to worry about? This was followup USG and as per this there was no growth. If it is fibroadenoma then why categorised as birads 3?

It’s a B/L Fibroadenoma case with features suggestive of BIRADS 3 lesion Should undergo Mammogram/USG every 6 months for 2 years If there is no change in lesion Pt May undergo conservative treatment If there is any change in size of characteristics of lump, than FNAC is required to rule out malignancy
Next Steps
Keep regular follow up with your consultant surgeon
