Bigger breast
Hello doctor my one breast suddenly got bigger and slight pain when pressing in both breast feeling slightl heavy in big breast i am very affraid of cancer and there is no family history of cancer in my family but still afrain as a aunt of mine (near my house) has breast cancer and she died during their second chemo so i affraid also done USG of both breast and it is normal

considering your age it's very unlikely to be a cancer..in puberty or young age bigger breast on one side is a common condition ..Don't worry ,you can wait and watch.

Dear user, as i can see your age is 17 and you are facing one breast sudden enlargement. This could be because of your developmental age. Or the other reason is formation or sudden enlargement of a breast lump. Cancer in your age is less likely. So my advice is to do one good ultrasound of your breasts. At the age of 17years, breast cancer is a little unlikely diagnosis.
The slight difference in breast size is normal and it is present in approximately half of women.
Breast size difference, tenderness and tightness is more prominent during menstruation.
If you feeling a discrete lump in breast still it may be fibroadenoma as it is more common in this age group.
