Pain near the left armpit and breast
Hi Doctor, From last couple of weeks I have a slight pain near my left armpit area. Specially on the corner near the breast. Its like a pinchy pain when I move or bend specially. Also the pain is at time above the breast. I have taken enough gastro medicines but still the issue has not been taken care of. Please advise proper cause and medication if possible. Also help whom to.consult Further

Hello, The pain could be due to multiple reasons but a detailed history and examination will be needed. You can now do a self breast examination. It is available online. It will help you locate your pain better. Kindly see a general surgeon for this issue. To reduce the pain you can do a cold pack. Pain killers before examination may lead to a vague diagnosis.

Need more history to ruleout differential diagnosis. Its not looking like gastric etiology, it may b related to fibrocystic pathology. Please undergo ULTRASOUND BREAST WITH AXILLA If you have any palpable swelling in breast or axilla. If we confirm with the diagnosis , then we can start treatment. I
