Armpit fat or axillary breast tissue
Im suffering from fibroid on both breast i get scanned also very small size doctor told no need to remove with surgery from lost one week my right armpit seems swalloen or bump or fat pad or auxillrary breast pad.there are no lumps no pain to touch very soft to touch.is it normal

No need to worry. It axillary pad of fat or it can be hypertrophic tail of breast.
If you have no pain, and if it is soft to Firm you need not worry.
Check for skin changes like redness, thickening etc.,
Indication of surgery is cosmetic purpose
