I was scared for cancer.i visited gynac and she told me there is nothing.upon thinking I realised I had purchased a new bra last week and have been wearing it daily and it's tight. Could that be causing the soreness. It's not even pain it only hurts when I press my finger against it or else nothing you can say tenderness . Can you tell me if this is soreness or pain .pls reply dr. When I take warm water bath the tenderness go away for sometime and only hurt again when I touch it with my finger

It sounds like the soreness is likely due to the tight bra. Tight clothing can cause tenderness or irritation, especially when pressed. The fact that it improves with warm water and doesn’t hurt unless touched suggests it’s not a serious issue. Try wearing a looser bra, and if it doesn’t improve or feels worse, check in with your doctor again.
Next Steps
visit a general surgeon for thorough breast examination
Health Tips
if you still feel anxious you can get ultrasound both breasts done to rule out any other possibilities
