Pain burn sensation near anal
Doctor I'm having a lot burning sensation near anus , especially night time,
I have shown to doctor , after dre exam doctor told their is no hemoroid, no major fissure, but I'm getting cutting sensation also. Doctor gave me a Crema gel , I'm applying that gel I noticed a lump after my fingure entering the anal, and while touching it's full burning sensation , the surroundings where the lump is their when writing Crema gel it's burning . But after small inch I'm not feeling any burning sensation .
Note : before doctor told it may be worms I used that course I didnt see any worms in stool.

It's fissure in ano so plz apply fidoanal ointment and syrup cremafin 30ml night time after food
And seitz bath (warm water) in which add betadine solution 10ml and sit for 15 min three times a day
And change ur dietary habits likes add green leafy vegetables and drink plenty of oral fluids

please continue crema gel and mix with lignocaine gel both mix and aplly
sitz bath( warm water) with savlon 5ml daily 3 times atleast 10mints post sitz bath apply ointment
