Itching and burning sensation in anal
Itching and burning sensation in anal long time. I have taken anti worm pills. I have reflux problems. Please suggest appropriate medicine for anal itching and after that burning sensation.

Pls mention about your weight and u have sweating issues Kindly see is there is itching with rash If it is like that than examination has to be done Peri anal itching u are taking medcn But if it still persist than it's not because of the Worms So I will suggest u To get a consultantation Till that time keep the area Clean and dry Wash properly Maintain the hygine

From the information you provided These are the main reasons for perianal itching 1. Worms cause itching but as you have already taken medication for that I assume persistent problem is not due to worms. ( Unless medication you took is sub-optimal) you can get it confirmed by a stool test in case of doubt. 2. Fungal infection due to sweat/humidity or compromised immunity. 3. More information will be required to completely understand problem and treat it completely

keep area dry and apply easily available sweat absorbing powder. maintain good hygiene avoid sitting on hot seat of bike/car or long sitting on leather/plastic chair - use cloth cushion.
